1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIQTubeHub ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We employ age verification measures in compliance with applicable laws.
In jurisdictions requiring enhanced age verification (UK, Germany, France, and others), you may be required to complete additional identity verification through our approved verification partners before accessing content.
3. Account Registration
You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Content & Conduct
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to NCMEC
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn)
- Content depicting minors in any sexual context
- Content depicting violence, coercion, or trafficking
- Content that violates any applicable law
- Copyrighted material uploaded without authorization
- Spam, malware, or deceptive content
We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion.
5. Aggregated Content
The Platform aggregates and embeds content from third-party sources. We do not host, upload, or store any aggregated video content on our servers. Embedded content is displayed via standard embed codes provided by source platforms. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
6. Creator Accounts
Creators who upload content must comply with all applicable laws including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements. Creators must verify their identity before receiving payouts. Creator accounts require a monthly subscription fee as outlined on the Membership page.
The Platform retains a service fee (10-15%) on all transactions including subscriptions, tips, and gifts. Payout schedules and minimums are described in the Earnings section of the Creator Dashboard.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments for adult content (subscriptions, tips, gifts, coin purchases) are processed through CCBill, NowPayments (BTC / ETH / USDT), and other adult-friendly processors. Stripe may be used only for non-adult creator tools and never for adult content sales. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel subscriptions at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
Virtual currency (coins) purchased on the Platform are non-refundable once used. Unused coin balances may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
8. DMCA & Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To file a takedown notice, submit a request through our DMCA page with the required information including identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, and a sworn statement.
Counter-notifications may be filed if you believe content was removed in error.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Live Streaming & Chat
Live streaming and video chat features are provided as-is. Users participate at their own risk. Recording, redistributing, or capturing live streams without consent is strictly prohibited. The Platform is not responsible for content shared during live interactions.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
