Statement of Compliance
AIQTubeHub is committed to full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the associated regulations found at 28 C.F.R. Part 75. These federal statutes require producers of actual sexually explicit content to maintain records confirming that all performers depicted were at least 18 years of age at the time of production. AIQTubeHub takes these obligations seriously and enforces strict record-keeping requirements across all original creator content hosted on the Platform.
All content producers using our Platform are required to maintain and make available upon lawful request age-verification records for every individual depicted in their content. Failure to comply with these requirements results in immediate removal of content and suspension of the creator account.
Record-Keeping
Every creator who uploads original content to AIQTubeHub must complete identity verification before their content is published. This verification process includes:
- Submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (passport, driver's license, or national ID card)
- A live selfie or video verification to confirm identity matches the submitted document
- Confirmation that the individual is at least 18 years of age
- Consent and acknowledgment of 2257 record-keeping obligations
Records are maintained in accordance with 28 C.F.R. Part 75 and include the legal name, date of birth, and any aliases or stage names used by each performer. These records are organized, indexed, and available for inspection as required by law.
Exemption for Aggregated Content
AIQTubeHub functions in part as a content aggregation platform. A portion of the content available on our Platform is sourced through standard embed codes and API integrations provided by third-party websites and platforms. This aggregated and embedded content is not produced, hosted, or stored by AIQTubeHub.
Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B) and applicable regulatory guidance, entities that do not produce, create, or host primary sexually explicit content are not considered "producers" under the statute. As such, aggregated content embedded from third-party sources is exempt from 2257 record-keeping requirements on our part. The original producing entities and hosting platforms bear the responsibility for maintaining compliant records for their content.
We nevertheless employ automated and manual review processes to screen aggregated content for compliance with our content policies and applicable law.
Custodian of Records
The designated Custodian of Records for AIQTubeHub is responsible for maintaining all 2257-required documentation. Records are stored securely with restricted access and are available for inspection during normal business hours at the address below.
