DMCA agent registration pending.

Until the operator files Form DMCA-A with the U.S. Copyright Office and sets DMCA_AGENT_NAME / DMCA_AGENT_ADDRESS / DMCA_AGENT_REG_ID, takedown notices are accepted via email but the safe-harbor protection is not yet active.

1. Overview

AIQTubeHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the AIQTubeHub platform that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your notice in accordance with the requirements outlined below.

2. How to File a Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, follow these steps:

  • Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
  • Identify the material on AIQTubeHub that you claim is infringing and provide sufficient detail for us to locate it, including the specific URL(s) where the material appears.
  • Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you.
  • Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Provide your physical or electronic signature.

Submit your completed notice to our designated agent at legal@aiqtubehub.com or through our DMCA submission endpoint.

3. Required Information

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following:

  • Description of the copyrighted work: A clear identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, including registration numbers if available.
  • URL of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) on AIQTubeHub where the allegedly infringing material is located. General descriptions such as "somewhere on your site" are insufficient.
  • Contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Perjury statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Notices that do not contain all required information may not be acted upon. Materially false claims of copyright infringement may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on AIQTubeHub was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which AIQTubeHub may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original party does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

AIQTubeHub maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We consider a repeat infringer to be any user who has been the subject of more than two valid DMCA takedown notices.

Terminated accounts may not be reinstated. Users whose accounts have been terminated for repeat infringement are prohibited from creating new accounts on the platform.
