What to Report
AIQTubeHub maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harmful and illegal content. You should report any content that falls into the following categories:
- Illegal content: Any material that violates local, state, federal, or international law.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Any content depicting or appearing to depict minors in sexual situations. Reports are forwarded to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately.
- Non-consensual material: Intimate images or videos shared without the consent of the individuals depicted, including revenge pornography and hidden camera recordings.
- Performer / right of publicity: If you appear in this content and did not consent to its aggregation, distribution, or use of your likeness, you may request immediate removal here or via legal@aiqtubehub.com. We honour performer-takedown requests within 24 hours and will remove the embed pending verification.
- Copyright violations: Content that infringes on intellectual property rights. For formal DMCA takedown requests, visit our DMCA page.
- Harassment & threats: Content that targets, bullies, threatens, or harasses individuals, including doxxing and hate speech.
- Spam & scams: Misleading content, phishing attempts, fraudulent promotions, or repetitive unsolicited material.
How to Report
Reporting content on AIQTubeHub is straightforward. Follow these steps:
- Locate the report button: On any video, post, comment, or profile, click the flag icon or the three-dot menu and select "Report."
- Select a reason: Choose the category that best describes the violation from the dropdown menu (e.g., illegal content, harassment, copyright, spam).
- Provide details: Add a brief description of why you are reporting the content. The more specific you are, the faster our team can investigate.
- Include evidence (optional): If applicable, include timestamps, screenshots, or links that support your report.
- Submit your report: Click "Submit Report." You will receive a confirmation that your report has been received.
What Happens Next
Once you submit a report, our moderation team follows a structured review process:
- Initial review: All reports are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. CSAM and imminent safety threats are prioritized and escalated immediately.
- Investigation: Our trust and safety team examines the reported content against our community guidelines, terms of service, and applicable law.
- Action taken: Depending on the severity of the violation, actions may include content removal, account warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. Illegal content is reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Reporter notification: You will receive a notification with the outcome of your report. Due to privacy considerations, specific details about actions taken against other accounts may be limited.
Types of Violations
Below is a detailed breakdown of violation categories and their definitions:
- Severe (immediate action): CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, content depicting violence or trafficking, threats of real-world harm. These result in immediate content removal, account termination, and law enforcement referral.
- High priority: Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, and fraud. Content is removed and accounts are suspended pending review.
- Standard: Copyright infringement, misleading metadata, spam, and community guideline violations. Content may be removed or restricted, and creators receive a warning.
- Minor: Incorrect categories, duplicate content, or low-quality spam. Content may be re-categorized or removed with a notice to the uploader.
Anonymous Reporting
You do not need an account to report content on AIQTubeHub. Anonymous reports are treated with the same priority and urgency as reports from registered users. However, if you report anonymously, we will not be able to notify you about the outcome of your report.
For anonymous reports, use the report button available on all content pages. If you prefer to submit a report via email, send the details to legal@aiqtubehub.com and include the content URL, the reason for the report, and any supporting information.
