Getting Started
Welcome to AIQTubeHub. Here is everything you need to know to get up and running on the Platform.
- Browsing content: You can browse videos, live streams, and creator profiles without an account. Use the sidebar categories, search bar, or tag filters to discover content that interests you.
- Creating an account: Click "Sign Up" in the header to register with your email address. You will need to verify your email before accessing all features.
- Age verification: All users must confirm they are at least 18 years of age. In certain jurisdictions, additional identity verification may be required before accessing content. You can complete this process on the Age Verification page.
Account & Billing
Manage your account and billing preferences from the Settings page.
- Subscription management: View, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your active subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payment methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. You can add, update, or remove payment methods in your account settings.
- Refunds: Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unused coin balances may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact support for refund requests.
- Invoices: Transaction history and downloadable invoices are available in the billing section of your settings.
For Creators
Interested in sharing your content and earning on AIQTubeHub? Here is how to get started.
- Becoming a creator: Visit the Become a Creator page to apply. You will need to complete identity verification and agree to our creator terms.
- Uploading content: Once approved, use the upload tool to publish videos, photos, and posts. Set visibility to free, subscriber-only, or pay-per-view.
- Earnings: Earn revenue from subscriptions, tips, gifts, and pay-per-view content. Track your earnings in real-time on the Creator Dashboard. Payouts are processed on a regular schedule with a minimum threshold.
- Subscription tiers: Create multiple subscription tiers with different pricing and content access levels to maximize your reach and revenue.
For Viewers
Get the most out of your viewing experience on AIQTubeHub.
- Browsing: Explore content through the Videos page, trending sections, and personalized recommendations.
- Categories & tags: Filter content by category or tag to find exactly what you are looking for. Categories are available in the sidebar navigation.
- Search: Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for creators, videos, tags, or specific content.
- Favorites & library: Save content to your library for easy access later. Like and favorite videos to build your personalized collection.
Live Streaming
AIQTubeHub offers live streaming for verified creators. Here is how it works.
- Watching live streams: Browse active streams on the Live page. Free streams are open to all users; some streams may require a subscription.
- Tipping: Support your favorite creators during live streams by sending tips using your coin balance. Tips appear in real-time on the stream.
- Chat: Interact with creators and other viewers through the live chat feature. Chat rules apply and moderators may be present.
- Going live: Verified creators can start a live stream from the Creator Dashboard. Configure your stream title, category, and access level before going live.
Technical Issues
Experiencing problems? Try these common solutions.
- Browser support: AIQTubeHub works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported.
- Clearing cache: If you encounter display issues or stale content, clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page.
- Mobile support: The Platform is fully responsive and works on all modern mobile browsers. For the best experience, use the latest version of your mobile browser.
- Video playback: If videos fail to load, check your internet connection, disable browser extensions that may block content, and ensure JavaScript is enabled.
- Two-factor authentication: If you are locked out of your account due to 2FA issues, contact support with your registered email for recovery assistance.
